The Leap Frog Program is a privately funded, self-sustaining 501c3 organization. Located in Mississippi, Leap Frog was founded in 1990 and is dedicated to advancing the literacy skills of elementary students in Oxford Public Schools and Lafayette County Schools. The program is free to the participants.
